SECURITY 2000 (Pvt) Ltd is a private registered company set up in August 1995 with permission from the Govt of Pakistan. It runs countrywide operations and has special permission from the Ministry of Communications to operate wireless communications. Almost 90% of its manpower is former military and enrolment is only done after NADRA background checks. SECURITY 2000 has an integral Training School where guards are put through familiarization training before deployment. Today it is one of the largest complete private security Company in Pakistan. It is the only security Company which has its own Firing Range where 100% guards are put through firing practices.

The President

Brigadier (R) Rashid Ali Malik retired after full service from the Pakistan Army of over 32 years. During the last 5 years of his service he was the DG of the Pakistan Airports Security Force, comprising over 10000 men & women at 40 airports. Besides managing SECURITY 2000 (Pvt) Ltd he is on the Board of Governors of the World Association of Detectives USA, and the Governing Board of the Washington based Global Source Inc. He won the International Security Professional Award for 2004 in Moscow. He is a qualified Security Consultant.
